“GREAT customer service! My wife and I also enjoyed the buffet comp breakfast. We had a room facing the roadway and it was VERY noisy all of the time!! It would be nice if the hotel had bottled/cans of soft drinks and bottled water for sale.”

“根本酒店內沒有太多客人！第一次帶我去的放是行到最尾房！房內沒有窗，床邊三面貼牆，一部分體式冷氣機，很焗！服務員帶我到另一個房，有窗但打不開的全房的裝修很舊，廁所很污糟，廁紙找了很久也找不到，原來在洗手盆下面，只有一個窗口式冷氣機直射床邊！oh my god😫比之前韓國酒店還要差！幸好，我今次是來工作，只住一天！以後不會訂”

“Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. ”

“Property facilities and hotel staff made me and my pug dog very comfortable. Its being a pet friendly hotel is a great help for me and my pug during our stay in the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future.”
