"The thermostat in our room was defective that's why it was so called. We called around 11pm and the maintenance people came in a few minutes .they suggested we transfer to another room but since it was late already we decided to transfer in the morning provided they send extra comforters and pillows which they promptly did. In the morning we told front desk we wont be transferring anymore because we were already comfortable with the extra sheets. Thanks !"
