"The hotel itself is incredible. I did not choose other airport hotel which is much cheaper because of the need to be convenient and easily get to the hotel to rest. However, I seriously ask that there should be better signage in the airport to show travellers which direction to reach the hotel, I spent much time pulling the luggage cart wandering in the airport to find the hotel and so tired."
"Overall, the hotel is good. However, the front desk made a big mistake when checking me into a room that another traveller already occupied. Lucky that there was nobody in the room when I got in."
