"Please don’t book this hotel. Rooms look nothing like what was advertised, we had to ask to switch rooms when we got there because the one we stayed in was in terrible condition and gross. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear every plane and car outside. Air is dry, we woke up with sore throats. When checking out, we asked why we were put into rooms with such terrible conditions and they explained they’re planning for renovations. They explained one tower is renovated while the one we stayed in was not. I asked why we payed $300/night for a hotel room not as advertised and why we wouldn’t have been placed in one of the renovated rooms. The front desk had no answer and apologized with no compensation provided. We didn’t bother eating at the restaurant after reading other reviews online about it being low quality. We definitely feel scammed after this experience, not a great look for Hilton. "

"Nothing to complain about. Everything was easy and everyone was friendly. I was exhausted from travelling and the staff and the service gave me one fewer thing to worry about. Will certainly return."

"Airport shuttle driver and night desk attendant were very polite and helpful. I checked in at 1am. Asked for a quiet room but was given a direct airport facing room (across the road view). From 1am until 10am the sound of planes didn't stop. The hotel has little insulation. I didn't sleep well at all. Used the heater for 20 minutes but when I tried turning it off it wouldn't go off after giving it forever. I had to unplug it from the wall. I had it on the quiet setting but it was still loud. Bed was too firm for me. I looked forward to a shower in the morning. The floor towel was sitting on the bathtub folded but had nose snot on it. I hopped in the bath to use the shower and the base of the bath was slippery and sticky like it would be from soap scum. Felt gross. Shower pressure was non existent. Lucky if it's running at 2 litres per minute. I was really disappointed. I needed to have my back pressed against the wall to get the water to hit me. Check out was quick and easy. I was granted a late checkout till 12pm."

"Breakfast was very good. Thank you. However, I wish they would use (washable) dishes and cutlery instead of paper and plastic utensils. Very disturbing to see huge garbage receptacles full of plastic and cardboard which will end up as landfill. I stayed at The Comfort Inn in Sturgeon Falls last fall and they had already ditched the paper and plastic. Thank you. Jon Dundon "
