“The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information.”

“The stay was ok, but could have been better...I had to ask twice during my stay for more heat in the apartment (upon arrival and the second day). There was also a lot of kitchen necessity missing: coffee maker, oven baking tray, dish towels, peeler. There was a miscommunication about parking spots between the 2 tenants; the other tenants were smoking marijuana upstairs and the smell/smoke came to the apartment through the vents. The driveway got cleared after the snowstorm, but only after we……
