“Lovely apartment, cute goats and chickens a short walk on site. Only downside for us was the kitchen was still a little dirty from previous guests, but a quick clean up did the trick”

“We were just there for one night, but Colin was most helpful in making us reservations for dinner at the local pub and showing us a great paved path to walk to the village in five minutes. This home was well stocked and clean and would have been comfortable for a longer stay.”

“The property was a great size and so are the rooms. Local to the town centre. There was parking but not always outside or in view from the property. The only negatives I have are: The beds (especially in the main/big) are very uncomfortable. All the beds and mattress need replacing completely. It was quite expensive based on 3 nights for 2 adults and a baby. I appreciate that it can accommodate 8 people but maybe a reduced price based on how many guest are staying if not full capacity. ”

“Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on……

“This was a well located and appointed flat. We didn’t realize the intersection was so busy. But happy to report like others have, we had silence each night, just in time for for sleeping at night. :) the beds are comfy. Be prepared to busy some of your own spices if you plan to cook.We had really timely response and support from Fraser and Ben and their team! Recommend this property, ease of parking nearby and convenient location for all you want to see in Stirling!”

“The apartment in Doune was a wonderful home base for all our exploring. Doune is a lovely village of friendly people. We even got invited by locals to a great concert! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. We hope to return!”
