“飯店位於火車站不遠的地方，挺好找的。面河岸景觀不錯。還贈送了迎賓的水和巧克力糖🍫（在英國如果不是五星飯店不是所有飯店都是這樣的，通常只有茶包、咖啡包、糖包）。同時能提供提前線上check-in & out節省時間。按照樓層圖示標註有某些樓面應該要提自動製冰機，但每層都去過後才發現自動製冰機沒有插電運作。最後還是回到飯店內的酒吧順利拿到裝著冰塊的冰桶。酒吧內的員工態度很好。以前總以為在飯店內用餐會比外面的餐飲貴很多，但在這間酒吧旁附設的餐廳其實不然。味道不錯挺好吃的，價格也相對合理。如果你已經在外玩得很累了，不想再出門的話會是一種好的推薦。”

“本來應該可以有10分，但係要扣的是張被非常之細， 是單人被，轉過身都不夠。 另外因為酒店容許帶寵物入住，但係是否應該安排同一個樓層獨立接待有帶狗入住的訪客呢？ 我住一樓隔離就有狗經常響度吠，真係比較困擾😟 只有這兩處地方扣分，職員好好👍早餐都OK”

“I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.”

“room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.”
