"Staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel is a listed building so it’s maintained a fair bit of its character. We were at an event all weekend in Stirling so didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. But when we were there, it was lovely. Thank you. 😊"

"No hot water both nights, no breakfast offered, no cleaning off the room or replacement towels, not worth the money but no option, staff in pub very nice one plus. Mention water problem but wasn't resolved."

"We stayed two nights while completing part of the West Highland Way. The reception area is lovely and staff were very friendly and welcoming, though reception gets very crowded when coach trips arrive. Parking was plentiful, and we had a great breakfast included in our stay. We had a very spacious twin room that had everything we needed for our stay as well as a lovely view of the hotel grounds and surrounding hills. There's a great lounge with games like pool, table tennis and darts. Overall a great stay."
