"decent stay for family"

"The staff was exceptionally helpful! The room was clean and there is a great Mexican restaurant in the hotel."

"The room facilities were quite outdated, but still acceptable. However, we also encountered bedbugs, which was extremely concerning. On a cold morning, the hotel served cold slices of bread and yogurt that was more than two months past its best-before date. We reported the issue but never received any response. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel."
