“Clean, staff was limited and okay, didn’t really tell you about the property or what was/wasn’t available. Kitchenware (pans pots, etc) was extremely old/worn and limited. Thought I rented a lake-view unit but was not and there was no explanation of how they chose the unit I was in. Would like book direct next time to avoid the surprise.”

“It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+”

“When wr arrived we had an issue and it was taken care of. Our host Tim was very very helpful and understanding and apologetic. Appreciated his concern. Looking forward to staying at Snug Harbor again in the spring if possible. The place is wonderful , had everything we needed. It was clean.would definitely recommend it as it’s our favorite place to stay.”
