“The EconoLodge in Clovis is a great place to stay. The rooms are impeccably clean, the flat-screen televisions have all the DirectTV channels, there's a coffeemaker in the room, and many rooms have walk-in showers. The hotel is just a few blocks from K-Bob's Steakhouse, and everything you might want can be found on Prince street, just around the corner from the hotel. The owners and staff are the nicest people, and if you leave something in your room, they'll call you, let you know, and keep it……

“First…..the picture of the office area IS NOT of the property. The outside appearance would get a 4. The room’s appearance would get a 4. Maintenance would get a 1! Missing smoke detector with 120volt wiring hanging down. Door knob was loose. Had problems getting the door opened and closed. One time took 2 minutes for me to get the door open. Life safety issue!!! Bath tub drainage was VERY slow. After taking a shower it took almost 4 minutes to drain. The night we stayed it rained.……

“Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. ”
