When we got there we got stuck on the elevator. The elevator made an awful sound upon arriving on the first floor. It almost sounded as though we were going to fall. It definitely needs to be greased or oiled. We decided to stay here because of the indoor pool and wanted to give our kids a chance to swim without having to worry about the weather. I will say although the towels were fully stocked and the pool was clean, it is quite small. Our 6 kids along with another group of three kids that was there took up nearly the entire pool. I was surprised to have to sign a noise agreement however appreciated it. To my disappointment, we were awoken early the next morning to screaming kids in the parking lot, playing around cars unsupervised by an adult. When I called the front desk the guy said they didn’t have a noise order at that time but did go tell the kids to keep it down. I will say Theresa was very helpful and sweet. She made check-in quick and easy.
