“Wow what a fantastic place to stay. Where do I even begin. The location, perfect. Just a quick drive to the Carlsbad Caverns (though they were closed when we went). The place was small but clean and honestly, if your just staying a day or two while you explore, you really don't need that much room plus bathroom was plenty spacious and bed was very comfy. The lady and and young man who greeted us at check in was sweet and had breakfast burritos for us the next morning. What hospitality! We will……

“The Castañeda Hotel is a very historic Harvey House built over 100 years ago. After being abandoned for years, it was meticulously renovated a few years ago. My wife and I were excited to spend a night to experience the ambiance. Yvonne at the front desk was friendly and took plenty of time to visit and make recommendations for dining etc. All the rooms are unique and differently decorated.
