Carbondale RV Parks 2026

"We usually come for birthday and anniversary but this time was the worst our jacuzzi didn’t work and when we called front desk they said we had to wait til morning for maintenance I said we’re leaving tom no need then the bed we laid on it and it was on an slant after looking we found two wheels were off just laying there. Then the maintenance comes at 8am opens our door and turns on light we said come back after check out and he left our light on The main hot tub was disgusting the dinner was terrible needs updating and staff "

"They say all pets welcome on Expedia but when I got there they said they don't allow cats. The manager did make an exception since I was staying only one night, but for others just know that Expedia got that part wrong. "

"The room was fairly clean but had to keep the balcony door open to keep the room cool enough to sleep."

"Staff was really nice. The coffee maker for the room didn’t have any coffee or tea. Asked at front desk and they sent some our way. Bathroom sink backed up and the light in the bathroom was flickering. Staff came up to fix that. Room just didn’t feel clean. The room probably just needed a good vacuuming and wipe down. The weekend staff were really nice and the woman at the coffee counter was really sweet and nice."

"OK, but far from great. The room was fin, but the elevator floor was really dirty, the corridor had a funny smell and the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent - circling through hot and long cold cycles. Breakfast was OK at best (no hot food)."

"The sofa bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The room heating was very loud. The cover porovided for the sofa bed was very scratchy and not enough for 2 people. The got tub when the jets were turned on was cool adn very cloudy. "
