"When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47ยบ and we found no thermostat.
