“My room was changed from what I had reserved without my knowledge because they overbooked. The shower wouldn’t shut off all the way, so dropped all night. Digital check-in didn’t work, digital checkout didn’t work, got notification a day late that my room was ready.”

“The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. ”

“Beautiful, old hotel with interesting history. Comfortable, quiet room, bed and pillows. Walk to everything downtown. The only issue we had was that our toilet was clogged and so we had a plumber in our room for about 45 minutes, soon after dinner. But service came soon after I called. Also they didn’t have our room ready until 4:30 pm - checkin is supposed to be at 4 which is late by normal standards already. Otherwise, great hotel! ”

“Asked for a quiet room and had a room on the back of the property that was fairly quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the free breakfast. Coffee machine was not working and no hot food. I'd stay here again for the price.”
