“We had a great time. Was in town for a baseball game and the location was great. The room was clean and very large. We will most likely be back next time the PHILLIES are in town.”

“This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. “This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street.……

“On the plus side, the owner is very responsive and the location is hard to beat. This alone makes this unit a good choic for visiting the national mall and other Washington attractions. Bathroom is in need of some updates as taking shower standing in the tub with curtains on both sides is not the most convenient experience. Likewise, the kitchen could use a better fridge as the one there right now has a single shelf only so I had stuff fall out when opening the door. And be careful with the……

“Great location. Easy metro and uber rides to things not walkable with a 2 year old. The place was extremely clean. The host answered questions promptly and we requested a baby gate for the stairs and he brought one to the property within the half hour. Just a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”
