“Good place, surrounded by beautiful nature. Very tidy and neat. Breakfast is good, and we were lucky to have kookaburra joining our breakfast! Only a short drive to Samford and Samsonvale lake.”

“The bathroom shower design is not good. Water is easily spread out during shower, strongly suggest to improve this. The room is a bit still, but ok for 2 person. Other areas are ok.”

“Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. ”

“There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did. It seems to be a combo of a post rehab facility and motel for people who want a less expensive room. There is a microwave in the foyer. It is very difficult to fill the electric jug as the bathroom sink was very narrow.No plates. Good parking, close to bus stops and good food options nearby. I left early as had an opportunity……
