“Very nice , clean room. I had a small incident (felt quite huge in the moment ) when I locked myself out when I left both my keycards in the room. Telephone stuff were helpful after hours too and quite timely . Happy with friendly service overall . ”

“From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. “整體都很好，酒店很新很乾淨，只是入住的時候沒有提及有沒有提供飲品，所以喝了一瓶水，退房的時候以為需付款，原來是不需要的，但是都不影響我會再此訂這間酒店入住”

“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”
