“Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them”

“HORRIBLE!!! Do not book!!!! Never in my life experienced such a terrible situation. Made a booking on the day I needed the stay. Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked. “I had booked the room last year for 4 people in a doorm and when I arrived they had put all of us in different rooms it’s not what I had booked. It was dirty and to see a mop bucket emptied in the communal kitchen was just disgusting as it’s were people cook.”
