“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in……

“Our host, Laura York, is everything a good host should be; attentive, accommodating and welcoming in every way. The amenities are comfortable and adequate for any length of stay. We chose to extend our stay, rather than to simply find a different place, after a minor setback in our schedule. It’s very easy to feel at home here, as it’s very pleasant, peaceful and convenient to many necessities. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. ”

“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”
