“Our stay at the microtel was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned well and we found a cockroach in our bed. The concierge was quick to make it right, and moved us to a new room. The property could use an upgrade, as both rooms we ended up in were looking rundown. The staff is the only thing we’d return for.”

“We arrived about an hour after check in and was told that a large amount of housekeepers had called out for the day, thus affecting us being able to check in immediately. It wasn’t too long of a wait for our rooms to be “cleaned” which should have been the first red flag. As soon as I walked into the room, my allergies flared up because of the vents absolutely caked in dust. The room reeked of cigarettes, stained mattresses, and to top it off, a completely naked guest in the hotel pool.……

“Many small inoperable things inside the room (broken shower handle, broken shower handle, broken work station, etc) that added up to a not so good experience. Property could use a deep clean or better cleaners.”
