“Loved the resort”

“This is our second time here; last time was quite awhile ago prior to Marriott takeover. Beautiful view is second to none! Staff were all very attentive and took care of the issues we had immediately. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and fairly reasonably priced. We were disappointed in there being no pool service and lack of options for lunch/drinks at the pool. Lunch options were limited and out of a refrigerator- premade wraps, cheese and fruit but no crackers available (although……

“My family enjoyed the hotel and staff however we experienced a couple of large waterbug on our room wall over the headboard and in the closet. Additionally the jacuzzi jets were missing and didn't provided a therapeutic experience in any of the jacuzzis. Hopefully you'll have someone address these issues especially the large waterbugs or large roaches, after trying to catch and kill them, we had to place a large towel under the main room door. ”

“On the buffet side was the same meal every day, specifically for breakfast. Súper per- Friendly and the outdoor place is super big. Staff, was nice at the pool bar, but the from desk was not welcoming the guests. Room was clean at the time of arrival.”
