“The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable.”

“Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. ”
