"This hotel's in a rough area and I do mean rough My car didn't get stolen thank God simply put the area is scary a lot of street people"

"We really enjoyed this property. It was beautiful, the 2 pools were used often, it was well taken care of and the food was good! It is a resort property where we enjoyed the comfy chairs by the fire tables and a drink from the bar. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the wi-fi was slow! We ended up using our data the whole time!"

"The only issue I had was the gal working at the bar. More worried about her husband who had come in to eat and her two kids at their table and more worried about getting food to go for herself than taking care of customes whom were there trying to get drinks and food. Kept trying to close early, blowing off customers ans she kept going and fiddling with her to go order, etc. clearly didn’t want to be there. Was 9:30 and telling customers grill closed etc. other gal behind bar would correct her in front of customers. "

"Terrible service. They did not have any extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. My kids alept on the pull out sofa bed woth no sheets or pillows. The staff sais they would bring some on two different occasions, yet they never showed up. To top it off, the next day at the water park they didn't have any towels either. I will never go back again."
