"Resort was beautiful but the room was a bit underwhelming."

"The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The pools were good. The room was well stocked with adult beverages. It had a throwback feel. We loved the more chill pool towards the back of the hotel. The main pool just wasn’t really our vibe. But lots of people really enjoyed it for the loud music and more of a party feel. There were a couple of weddings that were hosted there which made that back pool close early. It’s fine, but I wish there had been a heads up for that. Great walkability to tons of restaurants, art galleries, and stores. "

"When walked in the hotel, there was a fowl smell, had 2 TV’s in my room with 2 remotes and told the front desk never seen anyone from maintenance nor when I told them about the tub fill up with water when in the shower still nothing from maintenance and when checking out asked for an extra laundry bad they couldn’t help cause they said they didn’t have access to their things but insured me they were on their way it was almost 9 o’clock. Breakfast was okay"

"Rooms were severely outdated, on top of that they were dirty. Smelled dirty when you opened room door. Carpets had noticeable stains and felt sticky. Couch had noticeable stains and also felt dirty. Beds advertised as Queen and it was full size. Box spring very uncomfortable mattresses. Balcony was filled with pigeon poop."

"Talking Stick is a very nice resort. Really enjoyed the stay and the grounds were very nice. The drinks at the bar seemed a little watered down and expensive. Had a couple Old Fashion’s and they weren’t good. Would recommend. "

"Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean. Do not stay here"

"There was not a kitchen, only a mini fridge. It ended up freezing our food we brought, so it wasn't very helpful. "
