“The room was decent. It desperately needs a facelift, as the walls were falling apart and the shower frame was in terrible condition. The airport shuttle driver was supposed to bring us to the airport at 8AM, but he took his time eating a bagel and walking around behind the lobby while we waited by the door to leave. He ended up loading us up at 8:05, which was frustrating because we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We felt it was unprofessional and that he valued his own time more than ours.……
