“I arrived with a confirmed reservation!
I was told to please sit and wait, outside on a hot day.
After me telling the gentleman I had a conference to get to.
Came back after a few minutes to verify my reservation on my phone.
After about fifteen more minutes came out , and told me that he had no room available. Horrible!”
