9/10 Wonderful! (1,536 reviews)
The rooms are huge and spacious with comfy bed!! We could easily fit 2 familes in one room. Great views if the river! But for $300, there was no microwave in the room, its down the hall by the ice machine which the staff could have told me when i was asking about food on a late evening arrival. There was a very noticeable stain on the carpet in the bedroom. There is only 1 charging station for Telsa cars, which is not well marked and not marked for EV cars. So both spots to utilize it were taken by other non EV cars. I asked for late check out and was given an extra hr, but told by staff the hotel was sold out and that was all they could give. I was greatful for the extra time, but when i went to check if i could book another night there were 9 rooms available. Please just be honest. Overall i would stay here again for the spacious rooms, decent amenities and beautiful views. But some sublet improvements could really make this hotel stand out even more.
