"Great staff"

"Perhaps the best affordable hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The check in was easy and the young woman was very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed including a refrigerator and better cable tv than more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is close to food, gas, grocery, downtown.. pretty much everything. It was a great location for my Homebase while I hiked all around the area. Bobby (I think he’s the manager) would ask whenever he saw me coming or going how the stay was going and if I needed anything. I was not able to take advantage of the pool since I was there in late October but that is a nice bonus for warmer months. Cascade Lodge is a no brainer now for me when I’m in Bend. It’s clean, friendly, affordable, has the right amenities and proximity to essentials and fun. Keep up the great work guys!"

"Every staff member we spoke with was incredibly kind and courteous. We appreciated the included continental breakfast, how close we felt to everything, and the overall cleanliness of the motel. Will definitely keep them in mind if we come through Bend again. "

"This is a wonderful hotel! The night staff gentleman immediately changed our room to the type we needed, my mistake in booking, and gave us a choice of floors. The breakfast was phenomenal, it says buffet and they mean it! Warm full size cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, omelets, I could go on and on. Oh and freshly ground coffee!! It was very quiet and our granddaughter said the pool was just right and she had had a lot of experience with pools! And may I say thank you again to the staff person who caught that I left my purse at the table!! That would have ruined an already stressful trip for a funeral...this stay really helped a difficult few days."
