“Loved this place! I will stay here again when I am in the area. The views were lovely. Close to the golf coarse, swimming, walking trails. They were having fires close by in the area. The owner kept me informed. I could not enjoy the outdoors as much as I wanted to due to the smoke. The lightening and thunder storm was great to watch. The kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking - but I made do. The coffee making process was not my style. lol. Poor over. Took me too long. But it tasted good.……

“Room wasn’t very clean, there was old food packages under the couch, dirt on the couch and the kitchen counter. No extra toilet paper only 1 roll or paper towels had to ask for some. There also was no coffee and didn’t realize till the next am wanting coffee, couldn’t get it till 10am, by that time we were already ready to head out for breakfast/leave for the day.”

“What makes it unique is I have never stayed at a property that was so nice and clean. It had a large kitchenette and the shower was a huge walk in shower which was very nice! There was room for extra people and access to bathroom in two places. It was rustic and had nice sundries. We sat right outside our room in the fire pit area with the Adirondack chairs. It’s also within walking distance to local restaurants and a beautiful river walk. I’d definitely stay there again. It probably spoiled us……

“Loved the location! The deck was a nice place to hang out, there was shade, and you can listen and watch the river. The inside was adequate. We used the kitchen for meals a couple of times and most of what we needed was available. I would add oven mitts and dish towels - we ended up using the bath towels and probably made them dirtier than normal with food stains. ”
