Everything was in reach, from banks to restaurants to the major highway. They even had a Starbucks in the lobby!! Everyone was friendly. My only issues were extremely minor. The cooling/heating system was a little tricky. It was never truly comfortable. It worked, but I couldn't set it to a mode that felt right. Last, the lights in the hallway. BRIGHT!! When you're trying to sleep, the light creeps through the crack of your door like heaven was on the other side. Again, nothing serious though. Overall, great experience. Cleaning staff was on point as well. Good job.

The AC was so loud that I was able to only sleep in burst during its on or off cycle. Each time it kicked on or off, it woke me up. The AC system was VERY LOUD.
This was my second stay at this hotel. The first was a lot quieter.
The other thing I didn't care for was the fact that I reserved four days in advance and then they only had a handicapped accessible room for my stay.

I seem to never have a good experience at a hotel but staying at this Hyatt Place changed everything!! The area didn't have much but it had enough. It was a quiet getaway from the hustle of the city. We didnt hear what was going on outside of our room or window (6th floor). The rooms were super cute and spacious. Everything except a microwave was present in the room. The hotel's staff were very accommodating to all requests I had with a smile. The breakfast was really good and the area was clean/well organized. The entire hotel smelles GREAT!! The only negative would be the 24 hour menu. When I received my rather expensive food order, it was not hot (I went downstairs as soon as they called me). The portion size and the lack of side choices did not match the price. I feel that they could of had someone bring it to you as well. The last negative thing is that it takes a while for the front desk to answer the phone, then you go downstairs to see there are 2 or more employees doing almost nothing.

We had 3 children staying with us in a 2 double bedroom. The first night I asked for a cot and they said it was against fire code. I asked for blankets, sheets, and extra pillows to make a pallet in the floor. Mind you - we arrived at 11pm and asked for the items around 11:30pm. Didn't get those items until I called back down around 12am and they finally brought them to us. The second night, we had to ask for more since housekeeping took what we had already asked for. The guys named Corey I think at the front desk answered the phone, I asked him for the items, and he said OK and hung up. Nothing else. Not nice. Not friendly. No other words other than OK! What?!?! How RUDE! I was so angry! Other than the staff, everything else was great. :)
