“The rooms were dated and musty. The front desk staff was often behind the doors of the office and not at the front desk. I often called even though I was at the front desk to get help.”

“Sad to say but it’s a dump . I didn’t even stay the second night even though it was prepaid .”

“The room was gross. The curtains had brown stains and the carpet had a red stain. There was large sections of water damage on the walls in the bathroom. The ceiling tiles by the door were damaged and wet as well. There was no chain or anything on the door (you could see where it was but it was gone.) I went to talk to the staff about it in the morning and they told me “the new management plans to fix stuff when it’s less busy” no efforts were made to address any concerns. I reached out to……

“It was okay… the bed was clean but it wasn’t worth how much we paid. We would stay somewhere else if we were here again. The room had a weird musty smell, the door was not closing fully and you could hear everything going on in the hall. There was stuff(I think dog food?) on the floor by the bathroom from whoever was there before us.”

“This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet in our hotel room was weirdly damp… like the entire floor, not just one area. Our room also smelled terribly of chemicals that we couldn’t determine exactly what the smell was. Definitely gross and will not ever return”
