“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”

“Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who……

“Rooms smell terrible. One of our rooms smelled of Marijuana and the other like mold. Our ed spread had stains. The door to the room you see as you come up the stair case had streak of something all the way down the door. Although we asked to switch at least one of the rooms we were told they were booked solid. Which was not true. There were rooms next to mine that were empty the entire stay. There are very large rat traps in the check in area and there was condom wrapper in the staircase up to……

“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”
