“Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother……

“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . “We had a great stay at the Stacci Rural Resort. Nice ambiente, friendly staff, very good breakfast and they made an individual dinner menu for us. Only points of criticism: there were some bugs inside the room everyday. Maybe because it's a Rural Resort :)”

“Overall the place was great. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. The only draw back was that the breakfast had a limited selection.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her.……

“Hotel situato in posizione strategica per visitare Siracusa, pulito, stanze dotate di climatizzatore, tv e ogni comfort, compreso un terrazzino molto comodo. Gestori molto molto gentili e cordiali, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, hanno anche riassettato la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani al mattino. È presente anche un ristorante interno per colazioni a 5€ e cene complete di carne a 18€ e di pesce a 22€. Super consigliato!!!!”

“The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The host was very helpful and her suggestion regarding where to eat breakfast was a good one. The host also provided a great deal of practical information regarding what you might need in Siracusa.
