“EVERYTHING!!! The staff, from the General Manager to the cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we needed!!! The inn was very clean including the entire property. The General Manager was not afraid to get in there and get the job done including but not limited to cleaning up the outside smoking area!!! It was very refreshing to see an upper level staff member doing a job that would be for housekeeping!!! ”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “This hotel has one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in! I can honestly say I’ve never had a better night sleep at a hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised. Great location, close to campus. Parking is limited but we always found a spot. Employees were very nice!”
