"Very underwhelmed with this property. Microwave was broken, floor was dirty, stains on the pillow, mold on the shower curtain, and check-in took a very long time."

"Location was great for the Wake Forest graduation weekend. They decorated it nicely and welcomed family members in. The room was another story. There was a dirty towel behind the toilet in the bathroom and when we went to shower in the morning the “clean” towel had someone else’s hair in it. When we asked for clean towels the front desk told us “later”. Also, for what we paid we generally get a couple of bottles of water in the room when we arrive at other hotels. The had things for sale in the lobby but it’s not the same as having the convenience of them being in the room. We also asked for cleaning after the first night because the place didn’t really seem like it was cleaned well before we checked in but they told us they only clean every other day. Best Western is across the street. I’ll be going there next time."

"The place was filthy sheets and comforter were not cleaned just flipped over there were mustard and other stains on the comforter and the bathroom was atrocious nothing was cleaned the only thing they did was empty trash but that also was just left in the hallway"

"The check in was great. The person on duty was great. Clean entrance and smelled clean. The room was very clean and the hallways were clean and no smoke smell. The biggest complaint is the bathroom. The door had the lower part of it with paint peeling off. The tub felt like I was going to fall through it and made creaking noises when you stepped in it. The shower head had mold and so did the curtain. Other than the bathroom, it was fine."
