“The location was fantastic, and the stay itself was wonderful-- clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Our only issue was with the check-in process. We arrived about 30 minutes before a concert a few blocks away to drop off our things, and the code to the unit did not work. We called and texted the listed property manager multiple times, and did not hear back from them for over two hours. While this isn't a long time, it was excessive for the situation-- it was an easy fix and could have……
