“Worst stay I ever had in my life. Hotel was completely ripped up on the main floor from renovations, elevator was broke and they put me and my 4 year old on the 4th floor, gym was closed and not advertised on their site, blood was on our sheets (but hey they gave us another room), they charged my card even after Expedia charged me (and insisted they didn’t - all with a big attitude- I had to straighten this out weeks later). Worst stay ever!!!!!!!”

“Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. Also, allthough Three Trails does notify guests that no elevators are on the……

“Nice home on quiet street in Elkin. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Check in process was very easy. Home had lots of comfortable furniture and I would book it again.”

“The house was great! Very clean, modern, and everything was comfortable. Made for a great weekend get away!”

“Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous.”
