“We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest……

“One group of 16 year olds, one group of 18 year olds, and four adults we all felt like we had our own home withon s home. We ate and played together but the home was spacious enough to give the kids time to themselves. This place was perfect for our nine. While the outdide needed blowing, the inside was very clean. Again, we could not have found a more perfect place! ”

“The A/C did not work despite host response to a previous review stating that the A/C was fixed. The temperature inside the house was in the 80s during the day and at night the temperature did not get below 79. VRBO customer service and myself spent over 5 hours trying to contact the host upon check only to get a message asking me to “set the thermostat to a lower temperature.” As if I hadn’t already tried that. After responding to the host I did not receive any response until the next day. My 2……

“We were very impressed with this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and there was plenty of room to stay. The pool was very nice and the owner was slaughtered making sure we didn't need anything. Definitely staying here again. ”

“We enjoyed a relaxing visit to the lake. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy and the putting green was fun! The house was decorated really nice. Everything was avaliable as stated. The owner checked in during our stay to address any questions. All was great!”

“We took a weekend vacation with family from out of town, total of 6 kids between the ages of 4-8 and the house was perfect and a home-like feel with the Children’s room filled with toys ! The Pool was the hightlight of our stay!!! Will definitely be coming back hopefully get too see some deer the next time around! ”

“To the adminGreat location right on the lake. Nice calm finger just off the main lake. The pool was a nice extra. The house had plenty of beds and it was all clean.”

“Definitely a great property! Neighbors are quiet, beautiful view from the back, very cleand and stocked with everything you need. They checked in with me often through the app to make sure all was good. The pool was crystal clear and seeing the sunset from the pool was amazing. Only thing is.....the outside pool room with the bunk beds dod have a air conditioner, but it was a little warmer than we prefer at night. But the house had plenty room and we were all able to be in there. A/C……

“Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day. ”

“I participated in the Ironman in the woodlands and my family was there to cheer me on. We had a quick great stay. It was as described and had what we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to the woodlands which was not bad at all. I would stay there again. Looks like the community has a nice pool but I believe it was not open for the season yet. ”

“If you want a romantic get away, back to nature. This is paradise. My husband and I came for our anniversary. We work in the city, only had a night to get away. This place has everything. Enjoying a Jacuzzi in a tree house, on a lake is absolutely the coolest thing. The past reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. The hot water is awesome, follow instructions. If you don't like squirrels don't book a tree house. Everything was absolutely perfect. We wanted to get away from the city. This……

“Everything was great! Fantastic property!”

“Really enjoyed this little place. Peaceful and nobody ever bothered us. Great for a couples getaway. The bathtub was awesome. No trashcans, which was odd, but we just used grocery sacks and that was fine. The only other thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t control the AC. I guess it was controlled in the main part of the house. It was a little warmer than we like to sleep, but not terrible. Super clean place though and a really comfortable bed. ”

“The property is gorgeous. Upon arrival the Host met with us to provide a brief tour of the property and amenities. Everything was in good standing and the space is great! Fun for family and friends!The Host is across the street, so, very near by if needed.Highly recommend this property for all!”
