“We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. My daughter loved the gypsy bed/pillows in the living area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. ”

“It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.”

“The hotel appeared clean and the staff tried to be helpful. However…when I checked in and went to my room, the door was open. I informed the front desk who said the maintenance team had been repairing something in there. When I went into the restroom, the floor was wet. I assumed it was from the repairs. The shower door would not stay closed. I told the front desk who said they would have maintenance look at it. The shower door never stayed closed during my entire stay. The elevators and……
