Turn off the lights
All guests are responsible for washing their dishes to avoid a cleaning fee. We take care of the rest. Please turn off lights.
No paper in the toilet at all. Use the lidded trash can. Place all used towels on a hook. Turn off lights, heaters, fans and leave key where you found it with the door unlocked.
Do not place hot tub lid on ground. Do not lower the temperature. Wipe your feet before getting in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please deposit ALL Toilet Paper in the lidded trash can provided. Do Not flush paper in our 1/2 gallon flush toilet. Please be mindful of water usage.
Please do not place hot tub cover on the ground. If you lowered Temp be sure to re adjust. No alcohol or eating, swim at your own risk. .
We do not charge a cleaning fee, and expect all guests to wash their dishes. Leave bed as is, towels on hooks, lights and heat off when you leave.
