“This property was truly perfect for our family this past weekend in Cocoa. I was there for the Space Coast Triathlon, so I had gear with me, along with my wife and five children. The photos did not do justice to how spacious the place is. If you have kids, lots of gear with you, or both (LIKE ME), then this place is a must.Entering through the back, there is a large laundry and play room, with tons of toys for the kids, and easily accessible laundry machines with soap packets provided. “The staff was awesome! There was so much to do right there at the hotel! Bags, yard games, sand castles. And they play a movie poolside every night at 7pm. So fun. Beds were a little hard, but overall our stay was great! Would stay there again for sure. ”

“Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! ”
