Top Columbia River Gorge Hotel Reviews

Cousins Country Inn

Cousins Country Inn

10/10 Excellent
"I have eaten at the restaurant many times but have never stayed at the hotel. I was amazed at how big our room was! And the shower could have fit a small family, lol! A sad thing about hotels, now a days, is you are only allotted two towels and those are very small. We had plenty of towels and they were great sized! I've also seen the trend of NO coffee makers in lower priced hotels. We had a pod-style one that was perfect. I expected a basic, low-priced hotel stay, which is to say I expected a clean bed to sleep in and nothing else, and I was truly surprised at how lovely everything was. The restaurant offered delicious food, but it was on the higher end, in my opinion. I was truly disappointed to find that they don't greet you with "Howdy, cuz!" anymore. I told all of my travel companions about this greeting, before we got there, so that was too bad. Other than those two slight issues, I hope to stay at Cousins Inn every time I am in The Dalles!"
