“This beautiful cottage was oozing charm. The 1920s bakery turned cottage was the nicest vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We have stayed in vacation rentals from England to Australia and none had the coziness and charm that this lovely cottage has. We strongly recommend anyone traveling to the greater Tacoma area to give this place a try. As VRBO owners ourselves we will definitely be returning guests.”

“I have stayed at this property twice now and will continue to do so every time I visit the SeaTac area. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to town. The property itself is always clean and incredibly cozy. Host is always responsive with whatever you may need. ”

“Excellent spot with ease to many areas in downtown Tacoma. Despite confusion on my part for the check-in Michael was excellent and patient and prompt in addressing my questions. ”

“We stayed at Justin’s listing recently while moving out of our home. It was perfect. It gave us a comfy, clean space to stay while we were in a big transition. Justin was super responsive and helpful, too. Would definitely recommend!”

“It was close and convient. For the price it was worth it but I would suggest just adults stay there.”

“This stay was excellent. The neighborhood is a little less than desired, but with the gated fencing and outside cameras, it felt quite secure. The outside noise was very minimal and the place was beautiful and spacious for our needs. The host was quick to respond and provided all the info we needed. All in all, a highly recommended stay. ”

“My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This particular rental was fabulous! Very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and then some! A fully equipped kitchen with coffee, shower toiletries and comfy beds. We could hear our upstairs neighbors but it didn’t bother us a bit. But, the hosts have provided earplugs for those who may be more sensitive. We visit Tacoma a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here...

“The location is great as I could walk to downtown and many great restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy as there is a designated spot and I felt secure. The location was also pretty quiet despite being so close to downtown. The hosts are very responsive though I didn’t need anything after check-in. ”

“Do not stay here. Worst experience ever with VRBO. We flew across the country and checked in and the one bathroom was completely locked, kitchen lights did not work, place was freezing and heat barely worked, duvet cover had a stain, etc. We reached out to the host about the bathroom being locked and was told that their pre-check in showed the bathroom door was open??? Which meant absolutely nothing to us since it as we found it was locked when we immediately needed to use it when we got to this...
