“Intercontinental Mumbai is right next to the coast. Great view. It has no spa facilities but offers services in the guest room. There was a 20 min complimentary foot massage for guests. There are two restaurants, both offer excellent Indian and western food. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. ”

Manager Arshad is very friendly and helpful with good English but other staff is not at all and even ignore you without respond, they don't speak English either. Breakfast is poor with 1 cup of tea, plain bread(not toasted) with a bit butter on it( already done when serve), a small omelette, that's it. And you have to……
