“Seamless check-in. We were provided ample supply of drinking water. Beddings and towels are clean and smells great! Place is clean and spacious. I Highly recommended unit 606. Room for improvement : Fitness center-all the treadmills during our stay was under maintenance . There should be a treadmill available each day. There is no hand sanitizer, equipment sanitizing wipes and face towel available in the fitness center. Overall experience was great! Staff are polite, guards need to be……

“ホテルではなくレジデンスで、タオルの交換などはありませんが、最初の日にたくさん用意してくれました。もう1枚ほしいと言うと出してくれました。キッチンのある部屋はバルコニーで洗濯物を干せました。フロントからタクシーを呼んでもらい玄関までつけてもらって乗ると最寄りの大型モールまでは１５００ペソでした。何軒かのホテルが入った地域専用の道路を使っていて、たぶん北側の道からしか入れません。ちょっと買い物に行く位で出かけるなら、守衛さんのいるところまで歩いてから探すか、海外esim ではなく現地でsimを買って現地の電話番号を使いグラブでタクシーを呼ぶと良さそうです。トライシクルは守衛さんのところまでしか来れませんでした。深夜に帰国したので最後の日にまたタクシーを呼びました。深夜でも同じ値段でしたが、チップをあげました。”

“Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes……

“First let me start by saying Joaralyn was a great host. She made check-in and out very easy for us. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, warm and inviting. It also over looked the pool which we enjoyed using almost everyday. It is perfectly located, with grocery stores, coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distances. The major malls are just a 10 minute taxi ride away. We are already looking forward to going back and will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you again Joaralyn for……

“We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. ”
