“此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。”

“房間比較舊之外，一切都很好，員工和善、早餐好吃、沙灘美，私人沙灘就可以就近浮潛看到許多魚跟海星，可是有看到許多遊客拿起海星在沙灘玩，沒有人阻止…覺得有點擔心。”

“我訂的是海景家庭房有客廳、餐廳及二間臥室，下午四點check in 時，居然有一位男性服務人員（看起來像是主管級），告訴我說，目前沒有這樣的房型，他能夠給我二間一般房型（只一間海景），我當下就「堅定回絕」，我已經提早一個月付費且事前就拿到確認。 而且這二種是完全不同的價格。 經過櫃台人員的一番討論之後，另外一位櫃台人員說，房間已經在準備了，大概5分鐘就會好。 我感覺，那位男性櫃台像主管的人員，好像要唬弄我，我訂什麼房型就給什麼房型不知道這有什麼問題。 這樣感覺不是很舒服！ 其他的部分都不錯，環境優美乾淨，人員客氣有禮貌”

“渡假村離機場約20分鐘，服務人員都非常好跟親切，但飯店硬體實在有年紀，有一種不管怎麼清潔還是不是很乾淨的感覺，這樣三個人一個晚上含早餐要8600台幣，實在不便宜”

“The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not……

“Ok the staff including everyone, hotel staff and security were AWESOME!! The pool was great and the cold vanilla lattes were spot on. There were a lot of water activities but we didn’t do any because we were too busy going on outings. The property needs a proper road, if you go here you’ll understand but by no means does it take away from the stay. Dinning in is not so good, menu is limited and breakfast was very limited and cold. Room was huge and gorgeous with a ginormous bath tub for four……
