“チェックインの際に、シティビューからオーシャンビューへアプグレをしてくださり感謝しています！ 明るくてきれいな施設に、フレンドリーなスタッフたちがセキュリティ、ロビー、フロント、レストランに揃っており、みなさん一生懸命に接してくれて、素敵なホスピタリティを感じました！ シャワーの水圧も問題なし。館内には24時間のジム（広いし器具も豊富！24時間！）や、サウナもあって、台風直撃のタイミングであったがホテル内でも充実して過ごすことができた。 滞在中に転んで怪我をしたが、初日の応急手当と翌日の追加の手当もしていただいて、これも心強く感謝です。 周辺アクセスは、グラブで空港まで20分程度、ニュータウンへも10分かからない程度なので、セブの街中の喧騒から逃れてリゾートを味わうのであれば、マクタンのここがとてもおすすめ！ ”

“It was a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were all so friendly—they even remembered my son's name! We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the ocean and the hotel grounds was so stunning that I couldn't stop taking pictures. The pool wasn't crowded, so it was very relaxing. The complimentary towels were so soft and fluffy that I actually fell asleep by the poolside! (lol) The view from the private beach was also amazing, and I especially loved the sunset. Around the hotel, there is one...

“Buen hotel con relacion al costo. Las habitaciones son amplias, ordenadas, y completas. Buenos elementos de aseo. La comida es buena. El hotel no tiene playa, aunque la publicación dice que está a primers línea de playa. Hay un muelle, pero no hay lugar de playa. Se debe tomar transporte para la playa más cercana. Tiene una piscina normal. Cuando fuimos, estaban reparando el bar de la piscina, y el hidromasaje. ”

“I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. “El Hotel esta bastante bien y a precios accesibles, el unico problema que encontramos fue en una de las habitaciones que la regadera estaba muy deteriorada y el aire acondicionado no era lo suficientemente potente para enfriar el cuarto, el dueno nos comento que era poruqe estaban renovando las habitaciones y lo solucionaron cambiando la habitacion, el personal es muy amable y siempre buscan solucionar cualquier problema que tengas, lastima que no tienen playa y que el vecindario esta un poquito...

"price quality ratio is ok. Don't expect luxury. As remarks: #No soft drinks were in stock during our four-day stay, only beer and water.
