“when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

“The pool was very nice. We did try the beach. Unless you only want to see the beach, don’t bother with the beach. We tried both public and private beaches nearby. There were a lot of people drinking and doing karaoke. Not good for kids or trying to relax in a quiet setting.”
