The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."
