“Good”

“The reception is heard on the rooms on the first floor, this means their phone rings loud, their night staff and all the late arrivals are heard and not quiet at all you can just hear the ins and out the phone all of it throughout the night. I told the staff in the morning that I had no sleep and the lady called Johanna started telling me off that it’s not their fault as I did not come downstairs at 2 am to tell them about the noise and the phone and that their night porter didn’t know! She said……

“By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!”

“Here’s a polished review you could post: We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Lena Mare Hotel in Corfu and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. “Das Hotel und die Anlage war wirklich super. Es gibt zwei Außenpools und genügend Liegen. Es war sehr sauber und auch die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Essen war durchschnittlich bis gut. Es gab täglich verschiedene Auswahl und es war von allem genug da. Nach einigen Tagen war ich es jedoch nicht mehr allzu Abwechslungsreich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Gym ist ok ausgestattet. Völlig ausreichend. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt……

“It was outstanding! We were lucky to get an upgrade to the best room (with jacuzzi). The staff, breakfast, grounds, beach, room - everything was blissful. Like a garden of Eden. We hired a car but perhaps it would have been better to get there by water taxi as the roads are incredibly narrow and winding. We parked at the top and didn’t dare drive down to the beach, but others seem to manage. The hotel is built into the hillside with incredible views of Kalami Bay. There are lots of steps and 2……

Plus, the breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. They also offer free parking, which is a huge plus! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!”
