“We arrived on a wet stormy night, checked into our studio room and were very happy with the room - comfy bed, great amenities, lots of space. However when I got up to get a drink early in the morning,I slipped and fell due to the room being flooded! I went to reception to ask for a mop,instead we got given an upgrade to a lake front lodge.The lodge was lovely,if a little compact.
Whilst at the supermarket the following day, reception
called and asked me to come in. When I got there I was told……
