“It was in a great location. We got lucky and found parking right outside. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and a very good value for the money. Highly recommended”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The location of the room we had was great near the centre n shops. There is no air conditioning which made sleep very uncomfortable. Also no mini fridge to kerp water cold especially in the heat.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Palazzo Negri! The room was superb: lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed, and close to all the major attractions in Verona. It also included a clothes washer and semi-kitchen. though we did not need to use them. The best part was the communication with the staff. They were helpful at every stage of our visit, from anticipating our needs prior to check-in to keeping our bags for a few hours after we checked out. We really appreciated all the help and……
